The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Obligations

  • Analysis data is processed in real-time and not stored unless you create a share link
  • Shared reports are stored for 30 days and then automatically deleted
  • Consent records are retained for up to 3 years for compliance purposes

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.4 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

  • Your data or content uploaded to the Service

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your shared reports will remain accessible for their designated retention period (30 days) unless you request immediate deletion.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the Service or API
  • Non-payment (if applicable)

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution
